Olive Garden Salad Dressing INGREDIENTS: 1/2 C. mayonnaise 1/3 C. white vinegar 1 tsp. vegetable oil 2 Tbsp. corn syrup 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese 2 Tbsp. Romano cheese 1/4 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes 1 Tbsp. lemon juice DIRECTIONS: Mix all ingredients in a blender until well mixed.
Makes a pint. – 1 cup mayonnaise – 1/4 cup ketchup – 1/4 cup chili sauce – 1 tsp Dijon mustard – 1 tsp onion powder – 1 tsp garlic powder – 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce – 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper – 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce – 1/4 cup olive oil – juice of one lemon Mix all ingredients well and store in refrigerator overnight.
INGREDIENTS ¼ cup peanut oil or neutral oil, like grapeseed or corn ¼ cup rice vinegar 3 tablespoons mild or sweet miso, like yellow or white 1 tablespoon dark sesame oil 2 medium carrots, roughly chopped 1 inch long piece fresh ginger, cut into coins Salt freshly ground black pepper PREPARATION Put all ingredients except salt and pepper into a food processor and pulse a few times to mince carrots. Then let machine run for a minute or so, until mixture is chunky-smooth. (If you want it smoother, use a blender.) Taste and add salt and pepper to taste.
