Tried out the new cooker with this recipe. It's okay but only just. I wouldn't bother making it again.
6 small boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
2 (14-16 oz) cans sliced peaches
2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon corn starch
Combine peaches and teriyaki sauce in the pressure cooker and stir
Dip the chicken breasts in the mixture, the place them on top.
Lock the lid of the pressure cooker and cook on high for ten minutes after cooking pressure is reached.
Release pressure, remove chicken.
Add cornstarch to 2 tablespoons of water, stir, and add to pressure pot.
Turn on high and cook until mixture thickens.
Replace chicken into the peaches and warm before serving.
